This course would be suitable for staff working with children requiring assistance with mobility and hoisting.

 

 

Course Information

• Problems around working on or near the floor will be addressed

• Assisted transfers will be practised

• Use of specialised slings will be discussed and practised

• Problem solving methods of accessing paediatric equipment devised

• Balanced decision making around rehabilitation will be discussed

• Relevant legal issues will be discussed

• More than three weeks’ notice: No charge

• Two to three weeks’ notice: 75% charge

• Less than two weeks’ notice: Full price

In all cases, should Herts Handling Training be able to redeploy the trainer, there will be no charge
