This course would be suitable for staff working in an Early Years setting, eg nursery.

 

Course Information

​

• Current accepted good practice in moving children in a variety of care settings and situations, including unexpected situations such as falling will be practised.

• The risks of working on or near floor level will be discussed, and solutions devised

• Strategies to assist small children or those with additional needs will be practised

• Relevant legal issues will be discussed

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be charged as follows:

• More than three weeks’ notice: No charge

• Two to three weeks’ notice: 75% charge

• Less than two weeks’ notice: Full price

In all cases, should Herts Handling Training be able to redeploy the trainer, there will be no charge.
